3. Appointments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

3.1 Scheduling Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. Booking an appointment does not guarantee a specific outcome or treatment plan. Final treatment decisions are made following a professional consultation.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

We ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of consultations. For surgical procedures, a minimum of 7 business days' notice is required. Cancellations made with insufficient notice may result in:

• Forfeiture of any applicable deposit
• A cancellation fee as outlined in your treatment agreement
• Limitations on future rescheduling priority

3.3 No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice constitutes a no-show. ReGrow Medical, Professional Corporation reserves the right to charge a no-show fee and may require prepayment for future appointments at our discretion.

3.4 Clinic-Initiated Changes

We make every effort to honor scheduled appointments. In rare circumstances, we may need to reschedule due to unforeseen clinical or operational reasons. We will provide as much advance notice as possible and will work with you to find a suitable alternative time.

4. Payments, Fees, and Financing

4.1 Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and approved financing options. Prices for services are provided during your consultation and outlined in your individualized treatment agreement.

4.2 Deposits

Certain procedures may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Deposit amounts will be communicated at the time of booking and are applied toward the total cost of your procedure.

4.3 Financing

We partner with third-party financing providers to offer payment plan options. Financing is subject to credit approval by the financing provider. ReGrow Medical, Professional Corporation is not responsible for any terms, rates, fees, or disputes arising from third-party financing arrangements.

4.4 Refund Policy

All medical services rendered are non-refundable. Requests for refunds related to pre-paid treatment packages or unused services will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our standard refund guidelines provided at the time of purchase. Refunds, if approved, may take 7–14 business days to process.

5. Medical Consent and Patient Responsibilities

Prior to any procedure, you will be required to review and sign informed consent documentation. By signing, you acknowledge that:

Failure to disclose accurate and complete medical information may affect the safety and outcome of your treatment and may release ReGrow Medical, Professional Corporation from liability arising from complications attributable to undisclosed information.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Hair restoration outcomes vary from patient to patient based on individual factors including, but not limited to, genetic predisposition, age, health status, extent of hair loss, and post-procedure care compliance. ReGrow Medical, Professional Corporation makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding specific treatment outcomes, timelines, or the permanence of results.
