ReGrow Operations Internal

Purpose and access

ReGrow Operations Internal provides private advertising-performance reporting for ReGrow Medical. It brings together Google Ads and Meta campaign reports to show advertising spend, conversions, and cost per conversion over selected reporting periods. It supports daily, weekly, rolling 14-day, and custom views and CSV exports.

The current dashboard is restricted to its owner through ChatGPT Sites authentication. An owner-authorized cloud task refreshes reports hourly through the dashboard's private reporting connector. There is no public dashboard registration.

Google Ads reporting data

The Google Ads integration reads campaign identifiers and names, reporting dates, spend, total conversions, conversion-action identifiers and associated conversion counts, and account currency and timezone. Website-form and Google-hosted-form conversion counts are separate subsets of total conversions. Total conversions can include calls and other configured actions, can be fractional, and do not represent unique people.

The implemented reporting integration does not retrieve individual lead-form responses, patient records, call recordings, Gmail, or Google Drive data. Its API queries read reports; it does not change advertising campaigns, budgets, or billing. The Google Ads OAuth permission requested is broader than these implemented reporting operations.

Storage and reporting updates

Reports run on ChatGPT Sites using Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1 storage. Google OAuth credentials are configured as server-side secrets rather than included in browser code. The private reporting connector returns aggregate report summaries and sync results to the owner's ChatGPT cloud task.

Each successful platform sync replaces that platform's stored snapshot with a trailing 90-day report. This is a reporting window, not a guarantee that all copies are deleted after 90 days. If syncing stops or fails, the previously saved snapshot remains. CSV downloads and cloud-task conversation records are separate copies.

Revocation and deletion requests

Google access can be revoked through the Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revocation prevents further authorized retrieval but does not itself erase reports already stored by the dashboard. There is currently no self-service deletion feature in the dashboard.
