FUE Hair Transplant

Permanent Hair Restoration That Looks Completely Natural

Our advanced Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) technique individually harvests and transplants hair follicles from your donor area to thinning or balding regions — with zero linear scar and results that last a lifetime.

Unlike the outdated strip (FUT) method, FUE extracts individual follicular units one at a time using a micro-punch tool. Each graft is then strategically placed at the correct angle, depth, and density to produce a hairline that is indistinguishable from natural growth.

The entire procedure is performed under local anesthesia in a single day. Most patients return to work within 2–3 days and see full results by 12–18 months.

Understanding Hair Loss

What Causes Hair Loss — and How FUE Addresses It

Hair loss affects more than 80 million Americans, yet many people delay treatment because they don't fully understand their options. The most common cause is androgenetic alopecia (male or female pattern baldness) — a genetic condition driven by sensitivity to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a byproduct of testosterone. DHT causes hair follicles in the frontal and crown regions to miniaturize over time, eventually stopping production altogether.

Other causes include traction alopecia (from tight hairstyles), alopecia areata (autoimmune), hormonal changes, thyroid disorders, nutritional deficiencies, and scarring from injury or prior surgery. FUE hair transplantation is a permanent surgical solution that works for virtually all of these causes — as long as adequate donor hair remains available.

Unlike topical treatments (minoxidil) or oral medications (finasteride) that require lifelong daily use and only slow further loss, FUE transplants the patient's own permanent follicles — follicles that are genetically resistant to DHT — into the thinning areas. The result is natural, permanent hair that grows, styles, and behaves exactly like the rest of your hair.

Who Is a Good Candidate for FUE?

The ideal FUE candidate is a man or woman aged 25 or older with stable hair loss (not actively progressing rapidly), sufficient donor hair density at the back and sides of the scalp, and realistic expectations about results. Hair type, texture, and color all influence the visual density of the final result — our experienced medical team will assess all of these factors during your free consultation.

Patients who are not ideal candidates include those with diffuse unpatterned alopecia (DUPA), very limited donor supply, or certain autoimmune conditions affecting the donor zone. Our highly experienced medical team will give you an honest assessment and recommend the best path forward — even if that means a non-surgical approach.
