13. When can I exercise or go to the gym?

We recommend this graduated return to activity:

• Days 1–5: Rest. Light walking only.

14. How do I sleep after a hair transplant?

Sleep on your back with your head elevated at 45 degrees for the first 7–10 nights. 15. When can I wash my hair normally?

You'll follow a gentle washing protocol for the first 10–14 days:

16. Can I wear a hat after surgery?

The key word is loose — it should not press against or rub the grafts. Avoid tight beanies, helmets, or anything that creates friction on the recipient area for the first 14 days.
